Shipping policy

At NextWave Swim, we want your order to arrive safely, clearly, and without surprises. 

Order Processing Times

Pre-order items ship within 5-7 weeks.

Standard in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once all items are ready. We do not split shipments at this time.
If you would like to receive items separately, please place separate orders.

U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $8.00.

U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier (typically within 2-3 business days). 

Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping at launch.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through DHL Express.

International shipping rates, including duties and taxes, are calculated at checkout based on the destination address and available DHL rates.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier timelines. 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Returns Related to Shipping

For standard returns, a flat $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, NextWave Swim will cover the cost of return shipping.
